By accessing or using the Codimon application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Gems are a virtual currency that can be purchased with real money and used within the Service to acquire cosmetic items and Battle Pass access. Coins are a virtual currency earned through gameplay.

The Service provides features that allow users to trade virtual cards and list them on an in-game marketplace. All trades and sales are conducted using virtual currency only. We are not responsible for trades that you consider unfavorable. Once a trade is accepted or a marketplace purchase is completed, it is final.
All content within the Service — including but not limited to artwork, card designs, character names, game mechanics, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Codimon or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content within the Service without our prior written consent.
By choosing a username and participating in public features (leaderboards, public profiles, trades), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service. You retain ownership of any original content you submit, but we may remove content that violates these Terms.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data, virtual currency, or virtual items resulting from downtime, updates, or discontinuation of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codimon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or loss of revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codimon and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codimon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
